Transformasi Digital Dalam Supervisi Pendidikan: Menyongsong Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi
Abstrak
Digital transformation in educational supervision has become a strategic necessity in response to the demand for improved learning quality in the digital era. While previous studies have explored the use of technology in supervision, empirical research examining digital transformation as an integrated pedagogical and professional process remains limited. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation in educational supervision and its contribution to supervisory effectiveness and learning quality improvement. Employing a qualitative case study approach, this research involved educational supervisors, school principals, and teachers as participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis of digital-based supervisory practices and analyzed thematically with triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that digital transformation in supervision not only enhances efficiency and transparency but also fosters more reflective, collaborative, and data-driven supervisory practices. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating that the effectiveness of digital supervision is largely determined by the quality of professional interactions and the integration of pedagogical, technological, and content competencies. This study contributes scientifically by strengthening the conceptualization of digital supervision as a sustainable professional development process rather than merely a technological innovation.
