Abstrak

This community service program aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of grassroots organizations as a strategy to promote inclusive social transformation. Grassroots organizations play a strategic role in connecting community needs with social development agendas, yet they often face limitations in institutional, managerial, and participatory capacities. The program employed a participatory community-based approach through institutional mapping, organizational capacity-building training, governance mentoring, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate improved institutional capacity, increased member and community participation, and a strengthened role of grassroots organizations in fostering inclusive social transformation. This program confirms that institutional capacity building is a crucial foundation for sustainable social transformation at the community level.
