Family resilience is a fundamental pillar in maintaining social stability and the sustainability of community values. Contemporary families face increasingly complex challenges, including family law issues, domestic conflicts, and low levels of legal literacy at the grassroots level. This community service article aims to describe and analyze the implementation of a family resilience strengthening program through community-based legal literacy using a participatory action approach. The methods employed include problem mapping, collaborative planning with the community, implementation of legal education and family law assistance, and participatory reflection and evaluation. The results indicate an increase in community understanding of rights and obligations within the family, mechanisms for resolving family conflicts, and legal awareness grounded in principles of justice and public benefit. The program also fosters the emergence of community-based legal literacy agents to ensure sustainability. Therefore, the participatory action approach is proven effective in strengthening family resilience through contextual and sustainable legal literacy.
