Penguatan Peran Pemuda sebagai Agen Transformasi Sosial melalui Keterlibatan Aktif Komunitas Desa Palengaan Daja

Abstrak

This community service program aims to strengthen the role of youth as agents of social transformation through active community engagement in Palengaan Daja Village. The main problems identified include low youth participation in social activities and limited organizational and leadership capacity among village youth. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of social mapping, capacity-building training, community mentoring, and continuous evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in youth awareness of their strategic role in social development, the formation of active youth groups, and enhanced collaboration between youth and village stakeholders. This program demonstrates that active community involvement is a key factor in successful youth empowerment and contributes to sustainable social transformation at the village level.
