Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen digital-based community empowerment to enhance social impact and civic participation. The rapid digital transformation requires communities to possess digital literacy, participatory capacity, and the ability to utilize technology as a means of strengthening civic engagement. The main challenges include low digital literacy, limited use of digital platforms for social purposes, and minimal civic participation in digital spaces. The program employed a participatory community-based approach through digital literacy training, mentoring in the use of digital media, and strengthening civic participation practices. The results show improved digital skills and awareness, increased civic engagement through digital platforms, and the creation of more inclusive digital civic spaces. This program demonstrates that digital-based community empowerment effectively enhances social impact and sustainable civic participation.
