Abstract

Inclusive social transformation is an urgent necessity in contemporary society, characterized by social complexity, cultural pluralism, and increasing structural inequalities. In the context of Muslim societies, Islamic law plays a strategic role in guiding social change towards fairness and collective welfare. This article aims to analyze inclusive social transformation from the perspective of Islamic law using the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah as the main analytical framework. This research is qualitative and library-based, examining both classical and contemporary sources in the fields of ushul fiqh and maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah. The study's findings indicate that maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah provides a strong normative foundation for achieving inclusive social transformation through the protection of human dignity, social justice, and the common good.
