Peran Keluarga sebagai Subjek Pembentukan Kesadaran Hukum Islam: Studi tentang Internalisasi Nilai Moderasi Beragama

The family is a primary social unit that plays a strategic role in shaping Islamic legal consciousness from an early age. In the context of a multicultural society and contemporary religious dynamics, the internalization of religious moderation values within the family becomes key to fostering a religious attitude that is just, balanced, and oriented towards public welfare. This article aims to analyze the role of the family as the main subject in the formation of Islamic legal consciousness through the internalization of religious moderation values. The research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, along with a normative-philosophical analysis of Islamic legal sources and literature on religious moderation. The study findings indicate that the family functions not only as a space for the transmission of Islamic legal norms but also as an arena for habituating the values of wasathiyyah such as tolerance, justice, and balance in understanding and practicing Islamic law. The internalization of religious moderation values within the family significantly contributes to the formation of inclusive and contextual Islamic legal consciousness, which is capable of responding to socio-religious challenges constructively.
